The registration fees include Chinese Business Tax.
FISITA members: Members belonging to any of FISITA's 37 member societies benefit from reduced delegate registration fees. Please note that this is valid for individual members. If your company is a member of a FISITA member society the reduced fee does not apply.

Only one registration per paper at the discounted speaker rate.
Travelling Fellows: Travelling Fellows are young engineers under the age of 35. They were selected by the organizers to take part in a special Travelling Fellowship Program. The fee for Travelling Fellows is not available for other delegates.
Proof of current full-time student status is required.
Group discounts: one registration is free every 5 registrations from a same company. The free registration must be the same or lower rate. The 5 registrations must come from a same company and use one invoice.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made by email to fisita2012@sae-china.org. An administration fee of 10% will be charged. It is possible to specify a substitute participant. No cancellation costs are thereby incurred.
