Ideally located in the heart of the Olympic Green, China National Convention Centre (CNCC) is right next to the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), the National Aquatics Center (Water Cube) and the National Indoor Stadium - all of which are proving popular places for people to visit since the Olympic Games were staged here in 2008.
The Center was an important element in the overall plan for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games when it served as the main press center and international broadcasting location as well as providing the venue for fencing and pistol shooting competitions.
After the Olympic Games CNCC opened officially in November2009 and is now China's premier location for hosting international events. It boasts world-class services and over 70 meeting rooms of various sizes equipped with advanced technological facilities.
